Day 1

After you land in Enontekio in Finland you will be guided to your coach. The journey (15 minutes to our hotels in Hetta or one hour to the Davvi Arctic Lodge in Karesuando) takes you through the heart of the Sami lands. Your all-in-one thermal suits and boots collection will be organised by your representative. After checking in at your hotel, your Transun rep hosts a welcome meeting and during dinner, your rep will answer any further questions. Tonight, you can join one of our optional activities, such as a Northern Lights safari by snowmobile.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will head out on your first safari - a 40-minute Husky Experience. This will be followed by a warming lunch. Throughout the day you can enjoy snow activities outside, with toboggans available free. This afternoon, you can join one of our optional excursions, perhaps Reindeer Herding or head out and make your own snow fun. Afterwards, return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will be joining your second included safari - the one hour snowmobile adventure. A warming lunch will then follow. A supervised kids' snowmobile ride will be available or, if you're lucky, a chance to get up close to a friendly reindeer.

Then, the highlight of the day when you board a reindeer sleigh and set off In Search Of Father Christmas. During a private family meeting in his cabin, each child has the chance to talk with Santa and receives a small gift. After dinner, relax or join an optional activity.

Day 4

After breakfast, you head outside for a morning of family snow fun or you may want to go on one of our optional excursions such as trying your hand at Ice Fishing or drive your own reindeer on our Reindeer camp excursion. A warming lunch will be served. Afterwards, you might want to join in the indoor Christmas crafts. Or, relax indoors. This evening, enjoy a Festive Dinner. Afterwards, why not join an optional safari and hopefully encounter the beautiful Northern Lights?

Day 5

Check out after breakfast at 0900hrs. Then set off on one final adventure, a Wilderness Treasure Hunt! Alternatively, you have time for one last play in the snow or you could join another optional excursion. After lunch, depart for Enontekio and your flight home.
