May I park my camper in the Guest parking?
Campers are allowed in the Disney car park. A flat rate per day applies.

Are there reserved parking spaces for Guests with disabilities?
A limited number of spaces are reserved for Guests with reduced mobility in the Guest parking. Please enquire upon entering the Guest car park. If you are a Guest with limited mobility and are staying at one of the Resort hotels, we encourage you to leave your vehicle in the hotel car park and use the Resort shuttle service to get around. Adapted minibuses are also available for Guests in wheelchairs.

Is the parking fee included in the entrance ticket price?
No, a fee applies to the car park (flat rate per day). Guests staying at a Disney® Hotel benefit from free parking in their hotel parking lot.

Where can I park at the Resort?
You may park in the Guest parking outside the Parks. A flat rate per day applies. If you are staying at a Disney® Hotel in the Heart of the Magic or at one of our partner hotels Near the Magic, you may park your vehicle for free in the hotel car park. We encourage you to use the free shuttle service to get around.

Is Disneyland® Paris accessible by public transport?
Yes. From the center of Paris, the quickest and easiest way to get to the heart of Disneyland® Paris is to take the RER A train (around 35 minutes) to Marne La Vallee/ Chessy station, at the gates of Disneyland® Resort Paris.

How can I get from a Paris airport to Disneyland® Paris?
There are two ways to get to Disneyland® Resort Paris from the Roissy/Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly airport:
By VEA shuttle service: The shuttle bus brings you directly to Disneyland® Paris from the Roissy/Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly airport, 7 days a week.
By car hire: Disney has teamed up with Hertz to offer you exclusive services so that you can get on the road quickly in your preferred vehicle.

Is there a train station close to Disneyland® Paris?
The Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy train station is located right at the gates of the Disney® Parks and just minutes away from the Disney® Hotels. It takes 35 minutes from Paris by regional train RER or 2 hours 45 minutes by Eurostar from St Pancras Interantional and 2 hours from Ashford, Kent.

How do I get to Disneyland® Paris?
Travelling to Disneyland® Paris is easy, whether you are coming by car, plane, train or public transport.
If you are travelling by car the address for Disneyland Paris is: Boulevard du Parc, 77700 Coupvray, France.

Where can I change and feed my baby or warm up bottles?
You can attend to all your baby's needs in the Baby Care Centres located in both Disney Parks:
In Disneyland® Park: in Main Street, U.S.A.® near the Plaza Gardens Restaurant
In Walt Disney Studios® Park: behind Studio Services.
These centres also have nappies and baby food available for purchase. In addition, most restrooms throughout the Resort have changing tables.

What do I do if I lose my child in the Disney® Park?
There are two meeting points for lost children:
In Disneyland® Park: between the Plaza Gardens Restaurant and the First Aid Post
In Walt Disney Studios® Park: at the entrance, next to Studio Services.

Is there a day - care centre in the Disney® Parks?
There is no day - care centre inside the Disney® Parks. However, parents who want to ride attractions inaccessible to young children can take advantage of Baby Switch, a free service that allows you to take turns on a ride without waiting in line a second time. Enjoy all your favourite rides with Baby Switch. Guests of Disney® Hotels can also take advantage of our baby sitting service. Please enquire at the reception desk of your hotel.

Are pushchairs available inside the Disney® Parks?
Pushchairs can be rented for a fee at the "Stroller/Pushchair and Wheelchair Rental" shop located at:
Town Square Terrace, near the Disneyland® Park entrance
Studio Services at the Walt Disney Studios® Park entrance.

What services do the Animal Care Centre offer?
Pets are provided with food and water. We are not authorised to take your animal for walks.

Can I bring my dog or cat into the Disney® Parks?
For health and safety reasons, pets (except guide dogs for visually impaired Guests) are not allowed in the Disney® Parks. However, you can leave your pet in good hands at our Animal Care Centre.

There are several locations where you can exchange currency:

At Marne - la - Vallee/Chessy train station: at the Post Office.

If I purchase something from a Resort shop, do I have to carry it around all day?
Enjoy hands - free shopping with Disney's FREE shopping service. Instead of carrying your purchases around with you, leave them at the point of purchase. You can pick up your purchases after 6 pm at Disney® Village as you leave the Parks, or at the boutique in your Disney® Hotel after 8 pm. For more information, enquire at any Disney boutique.

How do I get to the Disney® Parks from my hotel?
Getting from your hotel to the Disney® Parks is easy. Take the FREE Disneyland® Paris shuttle service from your Disney Hotels to the magic of the Parks. The shuttles leave every 12 minutes, so you'll never wait long. They run 7 days a week between 6.30 am and 11.00 pm.
You can jump off at any Disneyland® Paris hotel or opposite the Marne La Vallee/ Chessy station at the entrance to Disney® Village.
Please note: The shuttles do not go to the Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch® or Golf Disneyland®.

When are the hotel check - in and check - out times?
You may check in from 3 pm.
Should you arrive early, just head straight to the Parks and leave your luggage at your hotel. What a fun and carefree start to your visit!
Check - out time for all Disney and partner Hotels is before 11 am.
If you would like to enjoy a final day of fun in the Parks, you are welcome to store your bags with our left luggage service until you are ready to depart.
Except Adagio City Aparthotel Val d'Europe: Check - in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is at noon.

Which hotels are located near the Disney® Parks?
Distances to the Parks from hotels in the Heart of the Magic range from just a short skip and a hop (i.e.: Disneyland® Hotel) to a five - minute free shuttle ride (i.e.: Disney's Newport Bay Club®). Hotels Near the Magic are just a bit farther away and are also serviced by shuttle buses*.
* With the exception of Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch® where car hire or your own car is recommended.

Guests with disabilities are encouraged to enjoy the magic, emotions and adventure in the same conditions as all our visitors. The majority of attractions have been adapted to suit your needs. In other instances, special access procedures have been introduced for guests with disabilities.

I have a disability. Which attractions are suitable for me?
Disneyland® Paris has attractions suitable for all Guests. Many are wheelchair accessible while others require a transfer. Some have induction loops for Guests with hearing impairments. Symbols can be found beside each attraction indicating any limitations or restrictions.

We're on a budget. Are there inexpensive restaurants in the Disney® Parks?
For light meals, food carts and restaurants with counter- or self-service are most affordable. Or fill up at one of our buffet restaurants where you'll get great value for your money.

Is there world-class dining at Disneyland® Paris?
There are several restaurants at Disneyland® Paris that offer a dining experience worthy of the finest European establishments. The California Grill in Disneyland® Hotel combines sophisticated gastronomy with the best vintages. The Manhattan Restaurant in Disney's Hotel New York® features refined cuisine in an environment worthy of the best clubs of New York. The Yacht Club in Disney's Newport Bay Club® Hotel offers succulent fish and seafood specialities in a cosy, authentic setting.

Can we reserve our table in advance?
You can have a table waiting for you by making restaurant reservations. There are two ways to do this: Up to 2 months prior to your arrival date, by calling our Dining Reservation Service at: +33 1 60 30 40 50. Or upon your arrival, through the reception desk at your hotel or at the restaurant directly.

How can I avoid waiting in line?
Use FASTPASS®. This free service allows you to reduce your waiting time to some attractions in Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park (subject to availablity). The following attractions are equipped with FASTPASS® service: Disneyland® Park

You can learn all about the history and architecture of Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park on a guided visit.You can obtain tour information and reserve your spot at: City Hall in Disneyland® Park & Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios® Park.Visiting with a group of hearing - impaired Guests? Guided tours can be provided in sign language.

You can find Disney characters in the two Disney® Parks, at Disney® Hotels and in certain restaurants. You can also arrange to enjoy a magical meal with beloved Disney characters. What are the Disney® Parks opening times? Disneyland® Paris is open every day of the year. Opening times vary according to season. The Parks may also stay open later for special seasonal events.
